HTC One - White Screen after playing

I have a brand new HTC one. I install the app and all is well. I put the phone down and don't use it for 30 minutes or more and when I launch the app I get white screens. 

I have tried all the many hints about unisntalling and re-installing. Clearly it has something to do with the app looking for something. I am unrooted, no SD card. Just HTC stock. Super frustrating.

We're aware of the issue. The issue you're experiencing is a bug and we're working on a resolution.
