I have just got my new Samsung Galaxy Ace S from virgin mobile on contract and i was also given 3 months free premium with the phone and it worked fine for 2 days and now it wont let me listen to my music and im not wasiting my phone memory to sync all my music on there. Help?

Ill give it a try and nothing it wont play music anymore the app is just sitting there.

Its says my free trail has expired but what happened to my 3 months premium then? 

Parab3llum - I've had a look at your account linked to your Facebook account and it's appearing as a free account. Have you applied your Premium code to it all yet? It looks like a subscription problem, so it's really worth getting in touch with the company that gave you the code.

I didn't get a code it just says i get three months free premium. http://www.virginmobile.com/vm/viewHandsetWithAllTariffs.do?offeringId=12376164

You'll need to get in touch with Virgin for this. They'll be able to help you apply the Premium to your account. Just call 789 from your Virgin Mobile phone, or you can call 0845 600 0789.
