If there is an ongoing issue and the community is not finding the solution, how is one to contact Spotify directly to get the problem solved?
Im sure more than just myself have experienced this issue and have also been forced to cancel subscription until a solution appears after fits of hours of on end trouble shooting when the answer is surely held by a spotify mastermind, who likely works for the company.
Its been months Spotify.
