I’ve tried it on my iPhone and it’s not working. Everything is up to date and it’s not working.

Hey @Naiyahc,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome.

This type of issue could be related to some damaged cache stored on your device, or the app could be outdated. First, we'd recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app by following the steps in this article. This is often an overlooked step, but it's more thorough than a quick one and can be helpful in getting rid of any cache that might be causing trouble.

If the issue persists, it would be great if you could have someone log in with their account on your device - such as a friend or a family member, to see if the issue persists. This will help us understand if it could be account-related or not.

Lastly, include in your next response the OS version of your device, along with the Spotify version you're currently running.

We'll be on the lookout.
