I have more then enough GB

I have more then enough GB

I don't know if this has been answered already but I have a 128GB in my S7. Why has my downloads stopped at 11.2 GB. Is it suppose to be like that? Is it actually limited?

It looks like there's no issue with memory space as you have a whopping 128GB on your device. That's so cool, but you have checked this out?


If your tracks or playlists aren't fully syncing after you switch on Download, please check:

  • The device is not in sleep mode.
  • The device has an active internet connection.
  • You haven't reached the limit of 3,333 songs per device.

After you've checked the above, try these syncing instructions.​


In case it didn't help, you may need to reinstall your app. The steps are provided here.


If these steps didn't do the trick, you may need to provide a screenshot to the folks at Spotify directly and tell them you're having issues syncing your tracks. For sure, they will not leave you behind 🙂
