Mysongs error

Mysongs error

After i delete my app and doing a new download, my songs don't play anymore and when i search the album that i wanna ear it's impossible download or play the songs. And i'm premium member..

Sad to hear that you're having issues with your songs, but it looks like from the screenshot you have provided, you have yet to download the songs you'd like to listen to. Am I right?


If yes, then you will just need to sync them. The steps are provided by Spotify here.


In case you're trying to download and it's not allowing you, check this out!


  • The device is not in sleep mode.
  • There is enough free space to sync the songs (we recommend 1GB or more).
  • The device has an active internet connection.
  • You haven't reached the limit of 3,333 songs per device.
