At least once every 10 minutes the Spotify connectmusic play on Yamaha devices pauses or stops randomly without a reason. The service is not working.
I have used the different hardware to replicate the problem
- 2 ipad ja 2 iphones to control app
- Yamaha 2050 amplifier
- 2 Yamaha WXC-50 streamers
- 3 Yamaha WXA-010 wireless speakers
I have unlinked all devices from spotify, I have also resetted my router, deleted and reinstalled the app from all devices.
Nothing works. However the music is not stopping while using Spotify without Spotify Connect. The problem has occured at least for 2 weeks now.
The problem makes Spotify subscription totally useless at home with speakers.
Same problem on Android and Laptop app.
Hardware: RX-V 679 and Galaxy S8.
When the music stops, i can press play. The next song in the playlist is shown on the receiver for 1 second before it stops again.
Yes, the very same happens to me as well.
Same for me - but only when i get Spotify Connect to work for a while.
Same here with Streamer Naim ND5 XS (LAN and WLAN), App on MacBook, Iphone and Ipad; no issues with streaming via UPNP.
