Instalar Spotify

No me acepta el Spotify en un teléfono Samsung, el nombre y clave si lo puedo entrar, pero en el teléfono no me lo permite, dice que ocurrió un error y no me permite instalar Spotify

Could you post a screenshot of the error message you're receiving?

In the meantime try reinstalling the app as described here. This is a more thorough way to do it, which gets rid of the most common issues. 

What are the model and operating system of your device? Does the same happen on a different mobile device with your account?
