I have been able to create a playlist on my laptop from local files. They play fine on my laptop. When I try to download the playlist on my mobile phone the message says "waiting to download" for a split second then it says "downloaded".  However, the files are greyed out and not downloaded on my mobile phone. I have searched everywhere in this community and tried all the suggestions but nothing seems to work. I am very frustrated. Please help.
