Hello!

 

My problem is that I need to download my playlists almost every time I use Spotify. The downloads do not stay.

Hey @Jasminushka, welcome to the community 🙂

Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

Hi,

 

I already tried restarting my device, the reinstall process of the app, deleting the com.spotify file and still it's not possible to keep the downloaded music in the sd card. I also tried to format the sd, no success. This is the 5th time trying to keep my music and I don't want to cancel my account, so I'm looking for an experts guidance for this.

 I have a samsung s5

App version: 8.4.66.733 armV7
