My Question or Issue

After restarting my device every time I try to use the spotify app it won't load properly leaving me on a black screen till I un install and reinstall the app

In order to narrow down the root cause and try to troubleshoot this further, we'd recommend going over these steps:

  • Force-stop Spotify and reopen it: Settings → Apps → Spotify → Force stop
  • Clear the cache: Settings → Apps → Spotify → Storage → Clear cache
  • Try switching between WiFi and mobile data.
  • If you're using a VPN or private DNS, disable it temporarily.
  • Disable any battery optimization or memory-saving apps affecting Spotify.
  • Ensure Spotify has permission to use data in the background.
