Jams - glitching when others edit the queue

I am experimenting with the "Jam" feature. I love it - but whenever anyone touches the queue, the song playing glitches for a microsecond. It happens when people add songs from their phones. Really annoying. If it's an active jam its unlistenable.

Anyone else experiencing this?

A fix has been successfully deployed for this and all of our testing suggest the issue is indeed resolved. Please make sure that your apps are on the latest version to take advantage of this.

Hi, I'm Experiencing the same issue even now, I got premium a few weeks ago for Jam but its just working. Its completely useless and unusable right now.

For anyone still experiencing the issue, make sure to send over this info if you haven't already:

• The affected device's make, model and OS version.
• The exact Spotify version you're running.
• All troubleshooting steps you've already tried.
• Since when is this happening? Did it start after an app's update or some other specific situation?

Could you let us know what the exact behaviour you're experiencing is and if it happens only under specific circumstances (being on mobile data, etc.)? As this thread was originally resolved a year ago, we'd like to know the exact details of what's going on so that we're sure we're on the same page with you folks 🙂

The issue here was in regard to the Jam feature - whenever anyone else partaking in the Jam altered the queue, the song currently playing would glitch out for a second, interfering with the listening experience of everyone else. Having said this, could you please confirm if this is what you're experiencing now? Any further details about what you're seeing on your ends would be of help.
