Local tracks wont sync to mobile app

It seems all the music i've added to my playlist, that are on my laptop are no longer working on my spotify mobile app.

I've re-installed the app several times, and even re-added all my local tracks to my playlist again.
I have an HTC EVO 4G, it's powered through Virgin Mobile.

I used to never have this problem, I was always able to listen to all my local tracks, until recently.. This has been going on for about 3 days now, i would greatly appreciate if you could help me get this problem fixed
