My Question or Issue

I have a galaxy s10e and have found that while in my lock screen I am unable to interact with the play/pause or skipping. I only recently upgraded to this found and discovered this issue the second I installed Spotify. My Bluetooth controls still work but not the on-screen lock controls. I have tried everything other than uninstalling and reinstalling (I deleted cache). Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

I would suggest trying to reinstall or make sure your always on display is on.

I have the same problem, but it doesn't work even through Bluetooth.

I reinstalled the whole app, but it didn't solve it.

I use a Galaxy S3 Neo with Android 4.4.

EDIT:

It was solved for me with the recent update of the Spotify app.
