Lock screen controls don't work

My Question or Issue

 Hello, with Android Oreo lock screen controls are shown as usual but aren't working. The same thing happens when the device is connected with car audio system and is not possible to skip song. Morover sometimes when screen is locked the music stops playing.

With the previous android version all was working.

Hey, 

I also have the Galaxy S9 with the new android 9 and the controls are working fine. It may be a bug with the UI, try updating your system to one ui if possible. Also maybe try clearing your cache.

Thanks, I deleted the cache and now is solved.
