Lockscreen Widget disappearing on android 11

I updated my Samsung Galaxy S10+ to Android 11 today. From now on, the lock screen does not show up sometimes when music is playing, and it completly disappears when music is paused. Before Android 11, the wigdet was stuck on the lock screen, until spotify was closed. 

Some conclusions to this?

Same issue here, for a Oneplus 7 Pro that just received Android 11.

Thank you for your posts here in the Community. We're happy to help.

We tried this from our end and we couldn't get the same behavior.

We suggest that you perform a clean reinstall of the app. This will make sure there's no old cache files.

If that doesn't do the trick, can you do a soft reset of the device?
