Hi Spotify Community,

 

Until recently I have enjoyed my premium subscriptions with Spotify, but now I can't login.

 

The device is a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) - SM-P600.

 

I have cleared caches, unistalled & reinstalled, changed passwords and now pulling my hair out!

 

I usually get the "offline message" or "no internet connection" messages which appears a lot of people get. I know my internet connection is fine because every other application requiring an internet connection works without any issue.

 

Has anyone else had this problem? Any ideas how to fix?
