Lost all saved music.

Im not sure what happened but when i went to use my spotify today, all my saved songs/albums/ and Playlist were gone. I never have to log into it, its always logged in but today i did. I was able to recover my playlist but is their anything i can do about all my saved songs and albums?

Maybe you're just using another account. Here's a help site for this

If this still not help here's another tip. 

Reinstall your Client/App. Guide for clean Reinstallation. ^^
