Low Volume Issues

I have been discussing the issue of the Spotify app's low volume with them on Twitter.  They have classified this as a 'New Idea', where I think this should classed as a bug. 

Anyhow, they directed me to this 'New Idea' and suggested that I add my 'kudos' to it: https://community.spotify.com/t5/Live-Ideas/increase-spotify-volume/idi-p/1001533

I have tried to point out that no one would be looking for a bug in the Ideas section and that more than 5 people (the number of 'kudos' points it has) will have been complaining about them.

Any ideas on how we can actually get Spotify to fix these bugs?  I'll be honest, if the Deezer app wasn't so shockingly awful, I'd have jumped ship months ago.
