Survey not working correctly on Android

Hey everyone, 

I hope someone of the SpotifyCrew will read this.

I'm not quite sure where to post this bug...

It occured on my Android device, so i decided to put it here.

In one of your advertisements there was a survey I wanted to participate in using my android device.

At the second question I noticed that the toggle groups of the radio buttons are not working correctly on my phone.

I wasn't able to answer any questions after the first one, the answers I clicked on were only highlighted, not checked.

If that's a bug for all Android, or even worse, all mobile devices you would be missing a lot of possible surveys....

Here some facts about my device setup:

One Plus One

Android 5.0.2

Cynaogen OS-Version 12.0

Chrome  mobile Browser
