Missing Fast forward and rewind buttons on Premium on Android, lockscreen

The buttons for fast forward and rewind are no longer available on the notification bar and lockscreen for when listening to podcasts. I have to go into the app to skip the ads.

• Your device model, OS version, and Spotify version.
• Have you tried any troubleshooting steps like reinstalling the app?
• Are the buttons still missing when using a different account on the same device?

Thanks for your reply. 

Just to confirm, have you tried reinstalling the app by following the steps @MihailY sent previously?

If so and the issue still persists, could you send us a screenshot of what you're seeing on your end? You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert image option in the post editor. Make sure not to send any private info.

Lastly, we'd like to know if this started happening after a specific event such as an update either of Spotify or the OS of your device.
