Missing download tab

I just recently bought a new android phone. When I downloaded some albums to listen to offline, I noticed that the 'Downloads' tab that was previously visible on my other phone is no longer there. I have to scroll through my entire collection of albums to find which ones I downloaded. How can I get the download tab to show up in the app?

As far as I know, there was never a download tab on android, If your other phone was an android, maybe they were testing a possible new feature on you. You can filter your music to show downloaded music only. Filters are described here.
