Hi there!
Until yesterday the spotify app on my mobile device (Samsung Galaxy S5 Mini) worked perfectly fine. But since I was listening to one album, I can't find my music collection any more. When I go to the "songs", "albums" or "artists" screen, there is only this one album and artist left. I don't know if it matters that I have set my phone to save all of "my music" offline on the sd card (a few months ago, never changed that setting because it worked fine).
My playlists are still available, as well as the songs in these playlists. They are all marked as "saved offline", as they should. Yet the don't appear in the "my music" section.
However, there are no problems at all with my desktop application, so my music is still available there.
Any thoughts how to solve this issue?
Thank you very much in advance!
Best regards
NZee
Solved! Go to Solution.
Try signing out and signing back into the app.
Also try reinstalling the app if signing out doesn't work. (You'll have to redownload all your offline playlists)
If you still have trouble after trying those 2 things,
I suggest you contact support so they can help you

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it.
Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

Signing out and in didn't help, but reinstalling did. Had to download all the files again, but - of course - that's a small price to pay for solving this issue. Thanks.
