Music availability based on Account?

I share a Premium family plan with my girlfriend and we've run into the issue that there are songs/album that are unavailable for me, but play just fine for her.  She can search for the songs/albums and play them, but they wont even appear in the search results for me, and when she sends me a link to the album the songs are all greyed out.

We are in the same country, so there shouldn't be an licensing issues.  Has anyone else expirienced this issue, and is there any way around it?
