My Question or Issue

I'll be listening to downloaded music on the app and it stops playback multiple times in an hour.  How can I fix this so I don't cancel my membership? I'd expect my music to stop if I want paying for the service.

Hello, welcome to the community. 

 

Were you able to:

 

  • Restart the app
  • Restart your device
  • Uninstall, and reinstall the app
  • Log out and log back in

Tried this 4 times now and the problem continues.

I'm setup as premium and it renews again on 8/17. I'm paid up and everything.
