Music restarts after pause

My Question or Issue

When I press pause, the music automatically resumes after about 5 seconds.

I just reset my phone and have a fresh install, I will test it out.

I had this and learned it was a Bluetooth issue, when pausing music streaming to it, my Bluetooth speaker powers off automatically after a couple of minutes due to power saving; as soon as the streaming device loses the speaker it starts playing the Spotify stream off its own speaker or whatever other speaker it's configured to use at that point.
