My Playlist won't shuffle

My Question or Issue

I made a Playlist of my favorite Broadway and Disney songs, and it won't shuffle. All the songs play in order. Even the button is missing. How do I fix this?

In this case, we can confirm this is an expected behavior. The shuffle button isn't available in free accounts. 

On another note, we'd like to confirm, is this happening on all your playlists or does it just happen on this particular one?
