New phone all playlists are gone

Can you help? I've bought new s8 transferred all data but Spotify playlists are gone on my new phone and cannot open the app on the old phone

It sounds like you logged in using the wrong credentials and created a new empty account. If you have a premium receipt, you can check the user name shown there. Otherwise, log out and try logging in with your spotify user name (not an email address).

Another thing you can try is to search for one of your playlists on spotify and check the user name shown there.

Thanks so much I was not aware of the 2 nd account. I can now see playlists cheers
