Good morning,

I went on my Spotify app this morning, so I could download my music and none of my playlists are showing up. I have checked on the Web Player, and on a Samsung S21 and both show my lists, etc.

I have Uninstalled, and then reinstalled multiple times and still nothing. It isn't showing my lists, other lists, radios or podcasts. Does anyone have ideas on fixing this?

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. We moved your post from the Chat section to the help boards as its content fits better here. 

 

If you're using an SD card, we'd first suggest giving these steps a try:

  1. Uninstall the Spotify app.
  2. Remove your SD card from your phone, then restart the device.
  3. Download and install Spotify again.

In case this doesn't work or you're not using an SD card, we'd suggest adding your +VOTE to this Ongoing Issue. This is something that's being currently investigated by the right teams at Spotify so any updates about it will be posted there.
