My Question or Issue

I am no able to share my music. Everytime I click the share button it kicks me out of Spotify. 

I have already restarted my phone plus I deleted and redoebloaded the app and I still can't share music. Keeps closing spotify.

Hope you’re doing great!

Could you try some troubleshooting steps:

• Reinstall the app
• Remove Registered Offline Devices
• Switchdevice off/on
• Do you get the same result on WiFi and mobile connection

Ok I did all the troubleshooting tips you gave me, but the problem still exist. Help

I’ve checked, and Spotify is aware of this issue and currently working towards a fix. 

I’ll update you if anything comes up 🙂

Hi all,

same problem for me.

From today (until yesterday morning it was working fine) in my Samsung Galaxy 7, each time I click on Share, no menu opens and Spotify closes.

Please help!
