Thanks for reaching out on the Community!

 

Just to make sure we're on the same page, are you having issues switching on Equalizer following the steps listed here?

 

Should that be the case, could you check if clearing stored cache from the app make any difference? Once it's done, make sure to log out and back in again, as this will resync your account info.

 

If this behavior persists, or should you experience a different issue with Equalizer, it would be great if you could send us some more details on what's happening. For example - does the feature appear in the app, are you seeing any error messages, what device & operating system are you using, etc.

 

Feel free to include screenshots or videos showing how things look from your end (if possible), just make sure to not include any personal info.
