Not enough memory?

Not enough memory?

Hey I have an android phone and I've had Spotify for more than 5 years and had the same problem over and over, as soon as I slide the offline button it starts the download again, now it is saying I do not have enough memory to download any more songs, I have a 32gb SD card set to SD storage, I've deleted the contents of the app too many times, I don't wanna delete from Spotify settings cuz I don't want to lose my 1000 odd tracks.
5 YEARS OF SAVED MUSIC! IF I LOSE IT I FEAR I WILL SCREAM!
please someone help me.

Please read the guide linked below for details on the most common issues and how to fix them. Usually a clean install is the first step to take and resolves most of the usual issues; the guide details the steps to take to ensure a full 'clean installation' is achieved - This includes checking redundant folders and a REBOOT!

Don't worry - You won't lose your playlists, tracks etc.... they will still be there when you log in (you just may have to re-download any thqat you had previously marked for offline usage).
