Nothing happens after scanning Spotify code

My Question or Issue

When I try to scan the Spotify code like shown in the screen recording nothing happens and I get sent back to the search menu. I let other people try this and another person with a smartphone from Xiaomi also has this problem. On two other Samsungs and one iPhone it works totally fine. Can someone explain, why it works for some but not for others? Is there an A/B testing going on?

Hello @Dessi, the performance improved in the recent days to former standard.

Just gave the app another try: now scanning does not succeed anymore at all!

Update: Today's scanning stays with no results (after reinstall and restart), version 9.0.50.416

Please help once more, version of yesterday morning already was perfect for this issue! Thank you very much!
