Nothing is loading anymore

My Question or Issue

This problem occurred after reseting my phone.

In the Screenshots you can see my problem. I can login and open my favorited Playlists from the Home Screen but nothing plays and nothing loads. At the top of the Library picture you can see that it doesn´t show a profile picture, but I have one!

On my PC everything is normal, but on this phone nothing works.

I see that you posted this yesterday, is everything working for you now?

If not, could you try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps?

If that doesn't help, can you let me know if you're using any VPNs?
