Notification bar changed size

At first the notification bar widget was two lines tall. Then it switched to one line tall. No clue why. Any ideas?

Since Android 4.1 notifications can collapse and expand. This sometimes happens automatically if there are other notifications. You can manually expand the Spotify notification by swiping down (See: http://www.androidpolice.com/2012/10/09/new-in-android-4-1-2-expandingcollapsing-notifications-with-... for more details).
