Now playing bar on Android will not go away.

I thought there used to be a way to close the now playing bar on the bottom. Instead when I'm trying to scroll I hit it causing it to move to the next or previous song. Is there a way to close it out? I've rebooted my phone, force stopped, and did a clean reinstall.

Currently, there is no way to hide the Now Playing bar on Android. In the past, there was a Spotify test in which the bar would hide automatically in some menus, this is most likely what you've seen. Nevertheless, we've made sure to pass on your feedback about this feature on to the right folks at Spotify 🙂
