OFFLINE PLAYLISTS KEEP DELETING!!!!

hi there. i have seen a few posts about this but none seem to give a reason for solution. i have to the usual clear the data and reinstall spotify. infact i have do this about 5 times now. i have exhausted all possible solutions to this problem i its still happening. ready to throw in the towel with it. its not just 1 playlist its random also the amout it decided to delete is random as well. its as if spotify doesnt know what its downloaded and forgets.
