One Local File Will Not Download

Hi, I have been able to sucessfully download and sync two local albums from my laptop to my android device. I am now trying to sync a song I downloaded from the web (Ain't Nobody Got Time for That by Sweet Brown). It's showing up on both devices. It plays on my laptop, but when I try to play it on the Android it says song is not available. Even when it starts playing on the laptop and then I choose for it to continue on the Android, it stops and says that the song is not available. What's wrong?
