My Question or Issue

Spotify randomly stops playing. When I go to the app the player seems te be gone.

If I press a song the song plays but after like 40 seconds the whole issue repeats itself

Hi there, thanks for asking in the community! I have a Samsung device as well and can relate to this issue.

The real issue, however, is not from Spotify's side but it is due to a feature in the Samsung's Software OneUI. Here are a few steps that fix this random App closing issue:

- Long press the Spotify App icon and click the top-right i icon.

- Open the battery optimization section.

- Click on show all apps.

- Disable optimization for Spotify and see if that works
