Playing over phone calls

While playing Spotify and a call comes in Spotify does not stop playing. Can hear the cal and the music at the same time

I have the exact same issue. If I take a call spotify just keeps playing music, although it sounds a bit muted and in the background. But it keeps on playing.

I'm using Xperia Z5 on Android 5.1.1

The Spotify app version is 4.2.0.739

Same issue here, though it doesn't happen with every call I get. Rarely this also happens when I unplug my headphones from the phone, i.e. Spotify keeps playing over speakers (slightly embarrassing in the train).
