Playing random songs

Tracks are not being played in order. I cant find any Random button active. Im a Premium user. Samsung S4. Android 5.0.1. Thanks

I assume you start a playlist by tapping one of the songs in it and not by tapping the "shuffle" button. When an affected playlist is playing, tap the bottom  track bar to switch to album cover view and make sure that shuffle isn't enabled - the two crossing arrows icon at the bottom left should not be green. Tap it if it is to turn it off.

I have this problem too, since the most recent update. happens both on windows and mac desktop when listening to albums or playlists. shuffle button is inactive. I don't know if there's anything that triggers it.

while the focus on a better and cleaner design is endearing and welcome, at the same time it's pretty irritating that such an issue - not being able to play an album beginning to end in the right order - appears to be ignored.
