The playlists I have created on my account are showing up empty on mobile.
Everything was working fine here until I had my account reset to remove FB integration. The playlists I want to sync seem fine on my desktop.
Try moving the tracks into new empty playlists on your desktop - no more than 300 tracks at a time and see if the new filled lists show on your mobile.

My starred playlist says it has 16,747 tracks, but when I click on it nothing shows up.
Wow that's a lot! You'll like this solution.......create a new empty playlist and drag all your starred songs into the new playlist, no more than 300 at a time and they should show up in your mobile.
How do I contact someone at spotify to help. I pay for the subscription it should work when I want it too.
You can submit an online contact form and someone at Spotify will look into it for you. If you get an automated reply, make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply) and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.
