Playlists Undownloaded EVERY MORNING

Playlists Undownloaded EVERY MORNING

Spotify, for the past week I've been caught in a very frustrating cycle - I sync my playlists at night, expecting that on my commute the next morning I'll be able to listen to all my favorite tunes, only to find when I wake up that everything I downloaded the night before has been undownloaded!  So, I get sad and listen to the same few songs that I have stored on my phone's internal memory, then start the process over again when I get home from work.

What the hell is going on?  This whole charade is making me really want to downgrade my account since I can't take advantage of one of the main perks of having a premium account anyway.

Do all the songs come back immediately if you play one of them while online?

They do not.

I'm kind of shocked that no one from Spotify has answered this yet.....

It might be worth a clean reinstallation of the application and see if that makes any difference. It definitely should not require resyncing every day.

You're not running any apps on your phone which might be reclaiming storage space by deleting your spotify cache? Otherwise, do as @Peter__ suggests.

Can you provide a few examples of such apps?

Cleam Master, App Cache cleaner and a host more.

Hmm.. would avast! Mobile Security be included in that group?
