My Question or Issue

I logged into my account and saw that I can't play a single song and absolutely all playlists are empty. I don't know what this could be connected with. Moreover, this problem is only in the application. There is no such problem on the website. What should I do to fix my account? I have already reinstalled the app.

Hey, @_kgs5chdh-tdg! Welcome to the community!

 

That's no fun! First, I'd recommend logging out then back in and seeing if that fixes things, if not I would follow the instructions in this article to do a clean install!

I have done everything, updated the country, deleted the app, reinstalled it, and then restarted the phone, but the playlist is still empty.

Out of curiosity, are you able to view your playlists on other devices? Desktop, Web player, etc? 

 

Would you be able to test if you can use playlists correctly on a different account?

My Question or Issue

No songs are showing in not just my playlist but ones that have been created by Spotify I clock into them and it says there is no songs in the playlist when there definitely would be as well as this playlist that have been made in my library are missing including my liked songs

My playlists are empty i can't search for anything and my liked songs are disappeared only for my main account i can listen on other accounts

Same issue. Web works, XBOX / PS4 works. Only issue w Android. Logs in fine but Playlists are empty and search yields no results. Tried logging in / out - clear data - uninstall/ reinstall... 

Fixed it by reverting back to 9.0.48.380 version of the apk. That is the last version that worked for me!

Thanks for the update, I'd like to pass on some information to the right people, could I ask what version of Android you're running and what version of Spotify you were using when the issue occured? 

 

If there is any other information you think could be helpful, I'd be more than happy to hear it as it will allow me to test and report this issue and hopefully get this fixed!

Je ne peux plus écouter les musiques de mes playlist elles ont disparu
De plus ma playlist de titre liker a également disparu
Quand j'essaie de cliquer sur n'importe quelle musique pour savoir si ça fonctionne il n'y a plus aucun titre nulle part seulement des playlists vides
J'ai désinstallé et réinstallé l'application mais le problème persiste toujours

Is this happening on an iPhone? If so, you can head over to this ongoing issue. Please share the mentioned details there, so the right folks are notified.

 

Not on iOS? See if the playlists are working fine on other platforms, like the desktop app or the web player.

Having problems 😞

 

  • The make & model of your device. - Samsung S22
  • Current OS version. - One UI 7 
  • Exact Spotify version. - 9.0.50.416
  • Does the issue persist on the Web Player? - No.
  • Have you interacted with our age verification flow anytime in the recent past? - No.

I can't see, but All other users can see my other playlists

I Have de same problem and this fix didn't work, my country is set to the country that I am at, tried every other fix on the internet and it doesn't work

I have the same problem but I was not able to solve it through reinstalling the app or fixing my location. I see every playlist, made by me or the app, as blank, and my "liked songs" playlist disappeared.

I have the same problem as user Sebhor29. I have already reinstalled the application, and it did not work. I have already tested another account on my cell phone, and it worked normally. I have already added my main account to the computer, and it worked perfectly. However, when I added my main account to another cell phone, the same problem occurred: no music was in the application.

 

My cell phone is a Samsung A55, I also tested it on another A55 and on my computer, which is a Windows computer.

Tengo el mismo problema, me funciona perfectamente en la web, pero la app no me funciona y aparecen todas las listas vacias, dispongo de lanultima version de Android de Samsung y la ver. 9.050 de Spotify, adjunto pantallazo de lo que me aparece
