Playlists keep redownloading

My playlists keep redownloading. I'm running version 2.9.0.890 on an HTC One M8 Harman Kardon edition. I first synced via the desktop client under linux. After my playlists started redownloading two days later I cleared cache and uninstalled on my phone. I then reinstalled and downloaded every playlist individually via Android app on the phone, still same problem. Any ideas?

So I cleared the app data from the phone and downloaded each playlist individually. It seems to be working correctly now.

This is one of the things I haven't tried, as I have 60+ playlists I sync, and also Playlist folders, so to do that would take a looong time to do.
The other thing is resetting my phone completely, which I am now considering.

I feel your pain, I have 117 playlists. It really didn't take that long to get them all downloading though. I don't think it's a phone issue.
