Playlists no longer playable

I stopped my paying account so I could use a free Spotify account. But now it's not possible anymore to play my already downloaded playlists. Also, when I want to play anything else, it's just gray and it won't play. Can I fix this?

Any downloaded music will be unplayable as it requires a premium subscription. Reinstalling spotify as described here should fix any other issues you are having.
