Playlists won't download

Not sure why! I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 2 with 8 GB of available space, I also have 7 GB of space on my external Micro SD card and playlists won't download!

It seems to be stuck on 'Downloading 0%' while I'm connected to wifi and using 4G.

Any help is appreciated, thank you!

I am having the same problem with a Samsung Galaxy S3, downloads just hang at 0%. I'm on a wi-fi connection, not mobile data. 

If i restart my phone, the download actually starts, but it will always freeze at least a couple more times before reaching 100%. This means I have to restart my phone numerous times to complete the download, which is annoying to say the least. 

I'm not trying to download enormous playlists, only single albums, and I have plenty of space on my phone.

I've tried clearing the data, reinstalling the app etc - nothing works
