Please Help

I have Spotify Premium and it says I have no Internet connection but I'm on WiFi and I have 4G. The song will play for about 5 seconds and then stop. What do I do?

Anyone has this problem at the moment. I think we just have to wait till it's solved

Thanks for your post, sorry you're experiencing this! What troubleshooting steps have you tried? This may be a temporary issue. Can you restart your device if it hasn't been restarted lately, and try again? Also, can you go under your phone's settings and tap Storage, then make sure you have at least 10-20% free space on the storage device that Spotify is using? This will help Spotify pre-load music for you to enjoy.
