Premium - Music Quality Greyed Out

Hello!

I cannot select Music Quality, streaming or download, although I am Premium users. This is a new Android device:

  • App version: 7.5.0.1076 armv7

That seems to happen now when you are using connect - all the irrelevant options which don't work over connect are now greyed out. Switch playback to your android and all options will be available.

U r right. Jst get out of spotify conect and change setting and reconnect to connect.. Weird but it worked. Thanks.

Thanks for the answer Joe.  I was casting to my Google Home and the quality settings were unavailable on my tablet even though I have a premium account.  I was mad for about a minute before I found this solution. 

You're welcome. I wish the app gave us more feedback. How hard can it be to pop up an info box when we go to settings in these circumstances or when we tap on a greyed-out option.
