Premium account

My account on the web page of Spotify shows that i only have the free version and not premium; won't sync my music to the desktop version

Hey @alvaroovalle32,

 

It sounds like you've got a second account with Spotify. Are there any other email addresses you could have used to register with Spotify? It's worth checking those inboxes to see if you have any Spotify emails -- that will mean your extra account is registered with that email.

 

  • If you don't have another email address, note how you log into the Spotify app usually.
  • If you use your Facebook details try entering your Spotify username (if you created one originally).
  • If you use your Spotify username try entering just your email address.

I have the same problem. I bought premium but the account shows I'm still on free. I already checked that I have only 1 spotify account. Can you please help me?

That’s not cool.

 

If you’ve not been able to locate your Premium account and you didn’t use a different username/email, you might have a Facebook-created account. Are you able to try using the ‘Log in with Facebook’ button?

 

Let us know if that brings you to a Premium account. If not, i’d suggest reaching out to Spotify Support. They’ll be able to take a closer look backstage for you and usually reply to all cases within 48 hours.
